2 cups of water

1 carrot

1 orange

1 dried pitted date

½ cup mango, frozen

½ cup of cauliflower, frozen

1 cube of frozen passionfruit (or 1 passionfruit)

1 tablespoon flaxseed


Directions


  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping the carrot and peeling and segmenting the orange.

  2. Pour 2 cups of water into the blender.

  3. Place the chopped carrot, segmented orange, and pitted date into a blender.

  4. Add the frozen mango chunks, frozen cauliflower florets, and either the frozen passionfruit cube or the pulp of a fresh passionfruit and flax to the blender.

  5. Secure the blender lid and blend until everything is smooth. If it's too thick, add a small amount of water to reach your desired consistency.
