Through research and personal experience, I've gained insights into the plant-based lifestyle. I'm excited to share these with you and grow awareness.

 

Scientific studies show the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle are vast and varied. A well-planned plant-based diet can provide the nutrients our bodies need for good health.

 

Plant-based diets are linked to a reduced risk of chronic conditions. I can also support weight management, improve digestion, and boost energy levels and well-being.

Transitioning to a plant-based diet may seem daunting at first. But, with some guidance and knowledge, it becomes an exciting and fulfilling journey.

 

To Help, I'll share practical tips and strategies to help you make a smooth transition. 

Together we will explore the diversity and richness of a plant-based lifestyle.

 

I will write about what foods are good for you and why. There will be tips on how to select and prepare foods as well as simple recipes.

 

We will explore unique flavours and learn about calorie density.  You'll discover the tools to transition to and/or embrace a plant-based lifestyle with confidence and ease.

About Me

 

Hi! 

 

I have always loved learning and sharing knowledge. Because my family and friends are sick of hearing about a plant-based lifestyle and wellness  I have come online to share my findings. 

 

Being plant-based can be isolating. I know there are people out there who are interested. Maybe that's you? 

 

I have wanted a creative outlet for my hobbies for a long while now. So I thought creating a place to hold all my interests would be a good way to go.

 

I created this blog to learn more about a plant-based lifestyle and wellness and then share my findings in the hopes of helping others. 

Most of us have had struggles through our lives I am no exception. I struggled with my body's natural settings from an early age.

 

After years of bullying, and physical pain I was eventually diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) at age 15. 

​Years ago, I stumbled into dietary veganism. It helped my condition and now every day, I am taking small steps towards building positive lifestyle habits.
